Frequently Asked Questions

What's your payment structure?

A 50% (non-refundable) retainer is required at the time of booking in order to hold your date. The remaining balance is due by the day of your session. If the payment structure is the only barrier between you and incredible photos, drop me a line and we may be able to work out a payment plan that works for you

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit/debit card payments can be made via Stripe, PayPal, or Venmo. Cash is only accepted for the 50% remaining balance (due day of session) or if you want to add a tip.

Do you have a studio?

Yes! My studio is located in Papillion, NE.

Do you travel or shoot destination weddings?

Yes, depending on the date and location. Please note, there may be additional travel fees associated with this option.

How long will it take to get my photos?

Typically, 3-4 weeks. But on occasion it may take up to a maximum of 6 weeks.

How many photos will I get?

The total amount of images provided varies by length of session and the base package option chosen. Typically, I deliver additional photos to allow for some variety when making your selections.

How do I get my photos after?

The photos will be delivered to you in an online gallery via my website. From there, you can print, view and download high resolution files to your heart’s content. There will also be options for you to order prints and other products directly from the gallery.

How much retouching do you do?

Every image you receive is individually edited for colour, contrast, exposure and style. Some images occasionally require a little more finessing for temporary things like blemishes. However, heavy facial retouching, wrinkle removal or body reshaping are not included with my standard packages and are available for an additional fee.

Will my photos show up on your website/social media?

As a photographer, it’s important for me to be able to show my existing body of work to attract new clients and illustrate what I can do! Typically, you can expect to see highlights from my sessions with you to show up on my website and social media. Your online gallery will have the option of being password-locked, at your request.

Do you deliver RAW files?

I shoot and edit every session in RAW to ensure the maximum amount of exposure and color information is available for my editing. However, I only deliver edited and finished high resolution JPEG files. I do not include RAW files with my packages, as they are not a true representation of my work.

Are you insured?

Yes, I am fully insured with both equipment and liability insurance.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

Depending on the circumstances, yes. If my schedule allows. Please note, there may be an additional cost to extend your session.

What if I need to reschedule?

Please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. Please note, there may be a $25 fee to change your session date.

Will there be a second shooter?

In some cases, yes, depending on if one is needed. This will be disclosed prior to the shoot.

What kind of gear do you use?

Nikon Mirrorless and a DSLR as backup. Various lenses and lighting equipment, depending on type, time and location of shoot.
